This is a gas / fuel tank in very good condition for any year and trim of Honda GL1100 Goldwing ( GL1100A Goldwing Aspencade, GL1100I Goldwing Interstate). The tank is in very good condition externally, and includes the fill cap and fuel level sensor. It is difficult to determine the condition of the inside of the tank due to it�s design, but it does not seem to be in too bad a condition. This tank MAY require sealing to work reliably, or you may want to clean / seal it to prevent future deterioration. We are selling cleaning / sealing kits to help you take care of your tank at a discount, and if you buy a kit at the same time as your tank, you will receivee a discount on shipping. This tank has been in stock in our collection for some time. It has been stored indoors but may have gotten some water in it due to a leaky roof. Many of the tanks we sell have some surface rust just inside the fill neck, while the sides and bottom of the tank are fine. However, The tank will need to be cleaned inside and out, and may need to be sealed, to work without issue. We have tried to describe the tank as accurately as possible, pointing out any flaws we find in it, but it is sold strictly as-is. The external paint on the tank is probably in better condition then it looks in the photograph (they have not been washed very recently!) but the clear coat may not look as good (the tank may have still been wet when photographed). Please look closely at the photographs, and call or email us with any questions before buyding.
