This item is for a piston cylinder also known as a jug or block for a 1975 to 1978 CB750F ( CB 750 F / CB750 F / CB 750F ) Supersport. This cylinder has not been measured and could be on any bore from first to last. This cylinder will need to be bored to remove any rust in the cylinder. If this cylinder has an iron sleeve it could be replaced to renew the cylinder, most sleeves are still available from L A Sleeve.
