This is a cooling radiator for a 1983 - 1984 Honda VF750F / VF 750F / VF 750 F or 1984 - 1985 VF700F / VF 700 F / VF 700 F motorcycle. This radiator is in good condition with only some bent fins. The radiator has not been pressure tested, but we see no reason why this should not work great once it is reinstalled on a motorcycle.
