This is a set of gauges / meters or a gauge cluster from a1978-1979 Kawasaki KZ200. This set includes the speedometer and tachometer in a metal housing with a black color backing, and has indicator lights for turn, neutral, and oil level in the center of the meters. The assembly is in good condition but shows signs of wear and rusting particularly on the bezels. The gauges show no evidence of severe sun or weather damage on the faces. This speedometer reads to100 mph and shows13,558 miles on the odometer. The tachometer reads to 11,000 RPM with an indicated redline at 9,000 RPM . The trip meter does not work. The wires and connectors are all intact and show no evidence of splicing or re-wiring. We believe this to be a functional cluster, but we have not tested it and it is sold as-is. Even if it does not work now it can't take much work to get functioning properly! This part or parts was removed from a1978 KZ200that we purchased in a disassembled form. We do not know if the motorcycle ran before it was disassembled. Parts with maintainable components such as seals, gaskets, o-rings and bearings should be inspected as they may need to be cleaned or rebuilt to work in a reliable manner.
