This is a shifter / gear selector and linkage for a 1983 Kawasaki EX305-B1 GPz 305 motorcycle. This unusual 1-year only belt-drive motorcycle is a neat example of the GPz-series Kawasaki motorcycles, on a small scale! This shifter is in great condition, it has a patina of corrosion / rust on it but is still totally usable as it is. The rubber foot grip is in likewise great condition. This is a great spare or replacement part for your littlest GPz!
