This is a right side handlebar switch and throttle tube for a 1983 Kawasaki EX305-B1 GPz 305 motorcycle. This unusual 1-year only belt-drive motorcycle is a neat example of the GPz-series Kawasaki motorcycles, on a small scale! The right switch on the 305 GPz controlled engine stop / run , starter button , and headlight on / off switches. The assembly is in great condition and does not appear to be overly worn or weather-worn, but the switch controlling headlight on / off is broken. The throttle tube looks to be in good and usable condition. This is a very usable switch set, as you are legally required to have your headlight on at all times in most states now, you do not need the damaged switch. Kawasaki Part # For this item: 46091-1302 HOUSING-ASSY-CONTROL, This part or parts was removed from a 1983 Kawasaki EX305-B1 GPz 305 motorcycle that was disassembled at a salvage yard and placed into a crate for many years. In general, these parts are in very good condition, with minimal rust or weather damage.
