This is a regulator / rectifier ( reg/rect ) for a 1982 Kawasaki KZ1100-B2 Gpz 1100. There is some corrosion on the back, but nothing that can't be cleaned. As far as we can tell this part should work great once reinstalled on a motorcycle, but we have no way of testing it and it is sold as-is.
